Guess what, K-drama and BTS fans? Jin is back with a new OST! He released a song called “Close to You” for the drama “When the Stars Gossip”. It dropped today, January 26, 2025, at 6 PM KST, and honestly, it’s everything we hoped for.
The drama? Oh, it’s the tvN sci-fi romance starring Lee Min-ho and Gong Hyo-jin (talk about a dream team, right?). The plot’s all about a space tourist meeting an astronaut, and yes, it’s as intriguing as it sounds.
Now, back to Jin’s song, his vocals are pure magic here. The melody feels like you’re floating in space (or maybe on cloud nine ), and the lyrics? They’re all about love and crossing galaxies to be with someone. If you’ve ever been in love or dreamed of it, this one’s gonna hit you right in the feels.
Oh, and fun fact, this is Jin’s first OST since “Yours” from Jirisan in 2021! So, yeah, ARMY has been waiting for this moment for a while. And let’s not forget, it’s also his first music project since he finished his military service last year. Can you feel the excitement? Because same.
